When you email MillyBuilds or book an introductory call, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through this website.

The website assistant

In instant-answer mode, questions are matched with published business information in your browser and are not sent to an AI provider. Chat history is kept only while this page is open. If AI mode is enabled, your question and recent conversation are sent to the website’s server and OpenAI to generate a reply. The site does not maintain a chat-history database. Hosting and AI providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies. The assistant cannot confirm bookings or issue binding quotes.

External services

Booking takes place on Calendly. Email opens your email application. Instagram, Google Maps and portfolio links open external services governed by their own privacy policies. Fonts and some portfolio media may load from external providers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not load advertising or analytics tags. Before those services are activated, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated to reflect the actual configuration.
